Official Call for Entries SYDNEY, July 25, 2001 The 2001 Awwwards are officially open for entries. Now in their fourth year, the Awwwards recognise achievements in Internet advertising and marketing, and are sponsored by Yahoo! Australia and NZ in conjunction with B&T Weekly. Since their launch in 1998, the Awwwards have grown to achieve widespread industry recognition with over 100 entries and several-hundred key industry figures attending the event each year. Judges include industry leaders from companies like Yahoo! Australia & NZ, f2, ninemsn, News Interactive and Excite@Home. "We’re looking forward to recognising some of the awesome online campaigns that have been run this year," said Nic Jones, Managing Director, Yahoo! Australia & NZ.
