New Managing Director to Lead Yahoo! Australia & NZ   SYDNEY, 14 January 2003 - Yahoo! Australia & NZ, a leading provider of comprehensive online products, tools and services to local consumers and businesses, today announced the appointment of Clifford Rosenberg as its new Managing Director. Clifford has been Managing Director of iTouch Australia, the wireless application service provider, since April 2000. iTouch is listed on the London Stock Exchange and focuses on delivering products and services to mobile carriers, corporate customers and end consumers via SMS, Interactive Voice Response, WAP, and PDA devices. Prior to iTouch, Clifford held a variety of telecommunications and Internet related roles within Telkom South Africa, Cable and Wireless, and Vodafone Pacific, including Group Strategist for Vodafone Pacific and General Manager of Wireless Internet for Vodafone Australia. He also has 10 years consulting experience, specializing in strategy and implementation, with international management consultancies such as Gemini Consulting and Bain Consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Business Science (Honours) and a Master of Science in Management. S.I. Lee, Regional Vice President of Yahoo!
