SYDNEY, 2 Oct. 2002 - Yahoo! Australia & NZ today launched its new comprehensive air, hotel and car hire booking services powered by ZUJI for Yahoo! Australia & NZ Travel (http://travel.yahoo.com.au). Travellers now have a number of options available to them at Yahoo! Australia & NZ Travel, including:
- Simple-to-use travel booking services, powered by ZUJI's booking engine, offering more than 400 airlines, 56,000 hotels and 50 car rental companies to choose from (hotel booking from ZUJI available starting October 18)
- Competitively priced flights, hotels and rental cars, plus special deals, travel packages and cruises
- Activity and sightseeing tour booking services from Viator
- Extensive destination resources, including travel guide information, event calendars, activity options and travel news
- Online travel tools and services such as currency converters and travel-related chat groups
