In his current role as National Media Sales Director for Yahoo!7 Damon is responsible for the Yahoo!7 advertising sales strategy, operational execution, client and agency relationships and manages Yahoo!7's sales team.

Damon has been with Yahoo!7 since its inception having been seconded from the role of Online Sales Manager for the Seven Network in 2006 to drive integration within the new joint venture.

Damon, who has over 10 years online experience, was an early pioneer of cross-media platform advertising solutions and continues to passionately promote the value of online to Australian advertisers.

Prior to working with the Seven Network Group, Damon held a business development role at AC Nielsen Consult Online in which he was across some of developments in early online consumer behaviour.

Damon lives on Sydney's northern beaches with his wife and two children and enjoys mountain biking and the outdoor life.
